Utilising powerful cooling technology, the unit can produce 47kg of hollow ice per 24 hours, while the storage bin can hold up to 17kg of ice. Fast-melting hollow ice is ideal for cooling beverages and chilling food. With Agion®-treated materials for maximum hygiene and a durable stainless steel construction for easy maintenance, this machine is designed for your convenience.

    Modular Ice Machine (Head Only) – Flake – 410kg/24h

    IM0400FM-NR Modular Flake Ice Machine delivers premium quality flake ice. It can produce a maximum of 410kgs of flake ice per day, making it ideal for large-scale commercial applications. The hygienic design, with Agion®-treated materials that inhibit bacterial growth, for maximum cleanliness. The IM0400FM-NR flake ice machine has a compatible head unit, which can be placed on top of a suitable Bromic storage bin including SB406 model (sold separately).

    Bromic’s IM0032HC-NR Self-Contained 32kg Hollow Ice Machine provides premium quality hollow ice cubes perfect for beverage-focused applications. It is compact yet powerful enough to supply as much as 32kgs of hollow ice per day and hold up to 6kg of ice at any time. Fast-melting hollow ice is ideal for cooling beverages and chilling food. Sterile cooling makes the ice safe enough to be put directly into drinks. The unit is designed to reduce vertical or horizontal ventilation clearance, so it can be placed right under the counters for efficient use of space and easy access.
