In hot food displays, Wire Shelves ensure efficient heat flow, effectively preventing condensation and maintaining the perfect serving condition of your hot delicacies. You can also swap out standard shelves in your cake or ambient food display if you prefer a more industrial look. The set includes 2 shelves that, when combined, form one middle shelf.
